Make sales that meet goals related to dollars booked, factory loading, and profit margin. This will include the following responsibilities:
• Analyze and define project requirements based on system specifications and customer RFQ drawings.
• Develop and present proposals based on system specifications, contract terms and conditions, and competitive/market issues.
• Assist customers in determining needs; review the same with internal departments as necessary.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategy & materials, and in developing orders forecasts and budgets.
• This position is based in Richland , Mississippi .

Job Description:
Direct the Operational activities of the company by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinates. This position reports to the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned):
• Meeting or exceeding customer expectations relative to quality and on time delivery.
• Meeting or exceeding company expectations relative to shipment volume, product quality, company profitability and production schedule.
• Determining and providing the resources in terms of people, materials, facilities, tools, and tooling necessary to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
• Effectively directing subordinates in a manner consistent with meeting overall company objectives.
• Recruiting and Hiring individuals capable of achieving long-term organization goals.
• The development and implementation of plans that will yield continuous operational improvements in terms of
quality, on time delivery, profitability, and utilization of the company’s physical and human assets. This includes
the development of annual improvement targets for the activities directly reporting to this position.
• Pro-actively and effectively interface with other key functions, including but not limited to: Engineering and Sales
• Assist the General Manager as a key member of the management team in creating and implementing company
policies and procedures and assuring that policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Enforce and promote a safe and clean work environment in the operation.
• Assist the General Manager as a key member of the management team in developing the company business plan.
• Effectively communicate with and keep the General Manager apprised of activities within the operation.
• Serve as the operational representative for the company in interactions with corporate representatives, vendors
and customers.
• All other responsibilities, and accountabilities, functions and duties as may be assigned from time to time by the
General Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct report for Plant Supervisor, Purchasing Manager, Production Planner, Master Scheduler, Customer Service,
and Traffic.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Equipment Used: Ability to use all office related equipment (copier, calculator, fax machine, etc).
Certificates, licenses, and registrations: None
Language Skills: Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills.
Reasoning Ability: Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Attendance Requirement: Regular attendance required during office hours.
Travel Requirement: Occasionally.
