Experience: 5 years of management experience preferrably in the hot dip galvanizing, steel fabrication or other custom metal coating industries.. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: General Description: The plant supervisor would be responsible for the mangement and coordination of the plant operations on 2nd shift (3 p.m.-11:30 p.m.).
