Digital tools supporting coil coating operations and customer coordination
CoilZone is AZZ Precoat Metals’ digital customer portal designed to provide real-time access to coil coating production, inventory transactions, order status, scheduling, and shipment coordination. Fully integrated with AZZ Precoat Metals’ ERP system, CoilZone helps customers monitor material receipts, production progress, shipments, and schedule updates while improving communication and operational coordination throughout the manufacturing process.
Through integrated digital tools and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities, CoilZone supports more efficient production planning, scheduling coordination, shipment management, and customer connectivity across AZZ Precoat Metals’ coil coating operations.
